Returns and Complaints

As a custom clothing manufacturer, we don't sell ready-made products - each order is tailored to the customer's specifications. Due to the nature of our business, there is no possibility of cancelling an order once it has been placed.

Complaint Procedure

If upon receiving your ordered clothing, you find that the product doesn't match your specifications, please notify us immediately using the contact form on our website.

  1. Reporting a Complaint: Describe the reason for the complaint and send us the faulty products. Shipping address: Coraxe ul.   2. Assessment of the Complaint: Upon receiving the returned products, we will verify the complaint. We aim to do this as quickly as possible, but the process may take up to 14 days.

  3. Resolution of the Complaint: If the complaint is deemed justified, we will rectify the issue or remake the product, taking into account the identified flaws.

  4. Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs using UPS, DHL, or Inpost courier services.

Sublimation Technology

Please note that the sublimation technology used in our production process has many advantages. However, colors achieved through sublimation may differ from the CMYK colors used in the design. This is due to the different structures and properties of the fabrics used and the production process itself. To choose the most accurate color, we encourage you to order a color chart made from the fabric you wish to use for your product.
